What this service covers
We handle immigration applications submitted through the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in each emirate and through the approved typing channels. That includes entry permits, residence visa issuance and renewal, status changes inside the country, cancellations, absconding case follow-up, and the file amendments that keep your record consistent across systems.
Naturalisation and long-term residency enquiries — Golden Visa categories, family book matters and dependant sponsorship — are reviewed case by case. We will tell you plainly whether you meet the published criteria before you spend anything, and we will say so if you do not.
Where applications usually go wrong
Most rejections we see are avoidable. Names are spelled differently on the passport and the Emirates ID. A sponsor file has an unpaid fine attached to it. A medical certificate expired while the file was waiting. A degree certificate was attested in the issuing country but never attested at the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Our first step on every file is a document audit against the current requirements, not last year's. You receive a written checklist showing exactly what is in order, what is missing and what needs correcting before submission.
Sponsors, dependants and company files
Individuals sponsoring a spouse, children or parents need to show the right combination of salary certificate, tenancy contract, and attested marriage or birth certificates. Companies sponsoring staff need an active establishment card, available quota and a clean file.
We work on both sides: the employee application and the establishment file that sits behind it. If your company file needs a quota approval, a signatory change or an immigration card renewal first, we will handle that in the same engagement rather than sending you elsewhere.
What it costs and how long it takes
Government fees are set by the authority and vary by visa type, duration and emirate. We quote them at cost and separately from our service fee, in writing, before any work begins. Timelines depend on the authority's own processing queue and on whether your file triggers a manual review — we give you a realistic range at the start and tell you immediately if anything changes.
How the process works
- 1
Free document review
Send scans on WhatsApp. We check every page against current requirements and return a written checklist and quote, usually the same day.
- 2
Preparation and typing
We complete the application forms in Arabic through the approved channel, attach the supporting file and verify every detail against your passport.
- 3
Submission and follow-up
The file is submitted and tracked. If the authority raises a query we respond directly rather than passing it back to you.
- 4
Approval and delivery
You receive the approval, visa or permit digitally and as a hard copy where one is issued. We confirm the next renewal date in writing.
Questions about this service
No. We are a private, UAE-licensed document clearance and PRO services company. We prepare and submit applications on your behalf through official channels. Decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority.
No one can, and you should be cautious of anyone who says otherwise. What we can do is make sure the application is complete, correct and submitted through the right channel, which removes the most common reasons for rejection.
It depends on the application type. Entry permits are usually processed while the applicant is outside the country, while medical testing and Emirates ID biometrics require the applicant to be present. We will tell you which stages need you in person.
Straightforward files typically move within several working days per stage, but the authority's queue governs the real timeline. We give you a realistic range upfront and update you if it shifts.
We obtain the reason from the authority, explain it in plain English, and advise whether the issue can be corrected and resubmitted. Where it cannot, we say so rather than charging you for repeated attempts.
