Documents we prepare and clear
Our most frequent legal work is powers of attorney: general, special, property sale and purchase, company management, court representation and vehicle-related authority. We also handle affidavits and undertakings, no-objection certificates, declarations, memoranda and articles of association, share transfer documents, board and shareholder resolutions, tenancy and service agreements, and local service agent agreements.
Bilingual drafting that actually holds up
UAE notaries and courts work in Arabic. An English document on its own is usually not enough, and a loose translation can change the legal effect of a clause. We prepare documents in bilingual format with the Arabic text drafted to the accepted local wording, so the version that carries legal weight says what you intend it to say.
Where the matter requires a lawyer — litigation, formal legal opinions, representation before a court — we tell you so and will refer you to a licensed law firm. We are a document clearance company, not a law firm, and we do not practise law.
Notarisation and the steps around it
Most legal instruments need notarisation by the Notary Public, and the signatory normally has to attend in person with original identification. For company documents the authorised signatory must sign, and the trade licence must be current. Documents signed abroad need attestation in the country of origin and at the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs before they can be used here.
We tell you upfront which route your document needs, prepare everything in advance, and book the appointment so the visit itself takes minutes rather than a morning.

How the process works
- 1
Brief
Tell us what the document has to achieve and who will rely on it. We confirm the correct instrument and the authority involved.
- 2
Drafting and translation
We prepare the bilingual document, with the Arabic drafted in the wording the authority expects.
- 3
Review and sign-off
You review the draft before anything is submitted or signed. Changes at this stage cost nothing.
- 4
Notarisation and attestation
We coordinate the notary appointment and any onward attestation, then hand over the executed originals.
