What we handle
We process new Emirates ID applications for first-time residents, renewals for expiring cards, replacements for lost, stolen or damaged cards, and corrections where a name, date of birth or nationality has been recorded incorrectly. We also handle cards for newborns and dependants, and cancellation where a residency is ending.
Where the ID application sits inside a wider residency file, we run both together so the medical, the visa stamping and the ID do not fall out of sequence.
Renewal timing and fines
An Emirates ID should be renewed within 30 days of expiry. Beyond that window a daily late fee applies, capped at a maximum, and an expired card will block routine transactions at banks and government counters long before you reach the cap.
If your card has already expired, the position is recoverable — we calculate the exact fine, settle it with the application and get the replacement moving. Tell us the expiry date when you first message and we will tell you where you stand.
Biometrics and card delivery
Most applicants need to attend a service centre in person for fingerprints and a photograph. Children under 15 are generally exempt from fingerprinting but still need a photograph. Once biometrics are captured, the card is printed and delivered to the registered address or made available for collection.
We book the appointment, tell you exactly what to bring and track the card through printing and delivery, so you are not refreshing a status page.

Getting the details right
The single most common problem we fix is a mismatch between the passport and the ID record — a transliterated name spelled differently, a date of birth entered in the wrong format, or a nationality recorded against an old passport. These errors propagate into every system that reads the ID and become progressively harder to unpick.
We check your passport against the existing record before submitting anything, and raise a correction immediately if the two do not agree.

- 4
Card delivery
We track printing and delivery and confirm when the card is ready or dispatched.
Questions about this service
Thirty days from the expiry date. After that a daily late fee applies up to a capped maximum, and an expired card will be refused at most counters.
Report it, then apply for a replacement. A police report is usually required for a lost or stolen card. Send us the details and we will process the replacement.
Yes. Every UAE resident, including newborns and children, must hold a valid Emirates ID. Fingerprinting is generally not required under 15, but a photograph is.
The application and payment, yes. Biometrics generally require the applicant to attend, though repeat renewals are sometimes exempt. We confirm from your record before booking.
Yes, through a data correction supported by your passport. It is worth fixing promptly, because the mismatch will cause problems with banks, tenancy and visa applications.
