PRO Services for Companies in the UAE

A public relations officer is the person who keeps a company's government file in order. Outsourcing that role to Gulf Nejoom gives you the same coverage without the salary, the visa cost or the gap when your PRO is on leave.

Who it is for

Mainland and free zone companies, startups, and businesses without an in-house PRO

Typical turnaround

Routine transactions within a few working days; retainer clients get continuous coverage

Opening hours

What an outsourced PRO covers

Our PRO service spans the full set of recurring government transactions a UAE company faces: trade licence renewal, establishment and immigration card renewal, work permits and labour contracts, employee visa issuance, renewal and cancellation, Emirates ID processing for staff, document attestation and legal translation, notarisation of corporate documents, and liaison with free zone authorities and economic departments.

We also cover the transactions companies only face occasionally and therefore handle badly: licence amendments, activity additions, shareholder and manager changes, branch registration, and the ministry approvals some activities require.

Why companies outsource it

An in-house PRO is a salary, a visa, a vehicle allowance and a single point of failure. A company with twenty staff rarely has enough government work to fill the role, and too much to leave to an office manager who is guessing at requirements.

Outsourcing converts a fixed cost into a predictable monthly fee or a per-transaction charge, and replaces one person's knowledge with a team that processes these transactions every day and sees requirement changes as they happen.

  • Monthly retainer or per-transaction pricing
  • A renewal calendar maintained on your behalf
  • Collection and delivery of documents from your office
  • One named coordinator who knows your file
  • Government fees charged at cost, itemised and evidenced

Keeping your company compliant

Most penalties companies pay are for missed deadlines, not for wrongdoing. An expired establishment card, a lapsed trade licence, a labour contract that was never renewed — each carries a fine and each blocks other transactions until it is cleared.

We maintain a calendar of every expiry on your file and start the renewal in good time. You receive a reminder before each one, and a confirmation after. If a fine has already accrued before you came to us, we quantify it, clear it and tell you how to avoid a repeat.

Transparent on fees

Government fees are set by the authority and we charge them at cost, with the receipt. Our service fee is quoted separately and agreed in advance, whether monthly or per transaction. You should always be able to see which part of an invoice is the government's and which is ours.

How the process works

  1. 1

    File audit

We review every company document and build a complete expiry calendar, flagging anything already overdue.

  2. 2

    Scope and quote

You choose a monthly retainer or per-transaction basis. Government fees are always separate and at cost.

  3. 3

    Ongoing processing

We handle each transaction as it arises, collecting documents from your office where that is easier.

  4. 4

    Reporting

You receive confirmation of every completed transaction and advance notice of what is coming up.

Questions about this service

Most small and medium companies do not. We cover the same transactions on a monthly or per-task basis, without the salary and visa cost. Larger companies sometimes keep one and use us for overflow and specialist work.
