Visa categories we handle
We process tourist and visit visas for family and business guests, employment visas for companies hiring staff, family and dependant visas for spouses, children and parents, student visas, maid and domestic worker visas, and renewals or cancellations of any of these.
We also advise on long-term options including the Golden Visa and remote-work permits. Eligibility for those categories is specific and published — we will check your profile against the criteria and give you an honest answer before you commit to an application fee.
Choosing the right category the first time
Applying under the wrong category is the most expensive mistake in this process, because it usually cannot be corrected without cancelling and starting again. A visitor who intends to work, a dependant who will also be employed, or a business owner who could qualify for an investor visa all have better and worse routes available.
Before any paperwork, we ask what you actually plan to do in the UAE and for how long. The recommendation follows from that, not from whatever is quickest to type.
Renewals, overstays and cancellations
Residency renewals should start roughly a month before expiry so medical testing and Emirates ID issuance fit comfortably inside the window. If a visa has already lapsed, overstay fines accrue daily and must be settled before a new application can proceed — we will calculate the position, tell you the exact amount, and handle the settlement and the new application together.
Cancellations matter too. A visa that was never formally cancelled will block a future application and can leave a sponsor exposed. We make sure the record closes cleanly.
Working with employers
For companies, visa work is continuous rather than one-off: new hires, renewals, cancellations, quota approvals and labour contract amendments all run through the same establishment file. We can work per transaction or on an ongoing basis, and we keep a renewal calendar so nothing expires unnoticed.
How the process works
- 1
Consultation
We confirm the right visa category for your plans and your eligibility, at no charge.
- 2
File assembly
We list every document, check what you already have and flag anything needing attestation or translation first.
- 3
Submission
The application is typed and submitted through the correct official channel, with fees itemised at cost.
- 4
Stamping and handover
On approval we complete medical, Emirates ID and stamping steps, then hand over the documents and the renewal date.
Questions about this service
Begin about 30 days before expiry. That leaves room for the medical test, Emirates ID biometrics and any document that turns out to need attestation.
In many cases yes, depending on the visa type, your nationality and the sponsoring entity. We check your specific status before advising, because the rules differ by category.
Fines are charged by the authority for each day beyond the permitted stay, and they must be settled before most new applications proceed. They are a government charge, not ours — we simply calculate and pay them on your instruction.
Yes. We process applications across the emirates. Requirements, fees and processing times differ by emirate, and we quote accordingly.
No. We are a private licensed service provider. We prepare and submit applications through official channels; all decisions rest with the authority.
