Cover we help arrange
Medical insurance is the most common request — individual plans for residents and dependants, and group plans for companies covering their staff, which is a legal requirement for employers. We also assist with motor insurance for new and renewed vehicle registrations, travel insurance for visa applications that require it, and business cover including property, liability and workmen's compensation.
For employers, we coordinate the insurance alongside the visa and labour file, because the residency process will stall without valid cover in place.
- Individual and family medical insurance
- Group medical insurance for company employees
- Motor insurance, comprehensive and third party
- Travel insurance for visa applications
- Business property, liability and workmen's compensation cover
Comparing policies properly
The cheapest quote is frequently the most expensive policy. What actually matters is the network of hospitals and clinics you can use, the co-payment you pay at each visit, the annual limit, the waiting period before pre-existing conditions are covered, and whether maternity, dental and optical are included or excluded.
We set those terms out side by side in plain language so you are comparing the same things, not just the premium. If a cheaper plan genuinely suits your situation we will say so.
Paperwork, claims and renewals
We complete applications, collect the documents insurers ask for, submit the file and follow up until the policy and cards are issued. For group policies we handle additions and deletions as staff join and leave, which is where most company policies drift out of line with reality.
We also set renewal reminders. A lapsed medical policy can block a visa renewal and leaves you personally exposed to medical costs in the meantime, and a lapsed motor policy makes a vehicle illegal to drive.
Where we stand
We are a document clearance and business services company, not an insurer. We assist you with quotations and paperwork, and the policy contract is between you and the insurance provider. Coverage decisions, claim outcomes and policy terms rest with the insurer. We will always tell you which questions need to go to them directly.
How the process works
- 1
Requirements
We establish who needs covering, what the policy must satisfy and any budget you have in mind.
- 2
Quotations
We gather comparable quotes and set out network, limits, co-payment and exclusions side by side.
- 3
Application
We complete the paperwork, submit it to the chosen insurer and follow up to issuance.
- 4
Policy and renewal
You receive the policy documents and cards, and we set a renewal reminder well before expiry.
