What a typing centre actually does
Most UAE government applications must be submitted in Arabic through an approved channel, with details entered exactly as they appear on your identity documents. A typing centre completes that submission on your behalf: selecting the correct transaction type, entering the data, attaching the documents in the required format and paying the government fee.
It sounds mechanical, and the mechanics are precisely where applications fail. A passport number with a transposed digit, a name entered in the wrong field order, a photograph that does not meet specification, a document scanned at too low a resolution — each one sends the application back.
Applications we type
We type immigration and residency applications, labour and employment transactions, Emirates ID applications, medical fitness applications, trade licence and economic department forms, municipality and utility submissions, traffic and vehicle transactions, court and notary forms, and certificate and attestation applications.
We also prepare the supporting documents around them: letters in Arabic, undertakings, authorisation letters, no-objection certificates and application covering letters in the form the receiving authority expects.

Typing remotely
You do not need to come to our office for most transactions. Send clear photographs or scans on WhatsApp, confirm the details we read back to you, and we type and submit. The only steps that require you in person are those the authority itself requires in person — biometrics, notary signatures and the medical test.
For companies we collect documents from your office on a schedule, which for most clients removes the trip entirely.
Getting it right the first time
Before submitting anything we read the key details back to you — name spelling, passport number, dates, sponsor details — and ask you to confirm. It takes a minute and it is the single most effective thing either of us can do to avoid a rejection.
If an application is rejected because of something we typed incorrectly, we correct and resubmit it at our cost. That is the standard you should expect from any typing centre.
How the process works
- 1
Send documents
WhatsApp clear scans. We confirm which transaction applies and quote the government fee plus our typing fee.
- 2
Typing
We complete the application in Arabic through the approved channel and attach the documents in the required format.
- 3
Read-back and confirm
We read the key details back to you for confirmation before submission.
- 4
Submit and track
The application is submitted, tracked, and the result sent to you with the receipt.

For most transactions, no. Send your documents on WhatsApp and we type and submit remotely. Only steps the authority requires in person — biometrics, notary signing, the medical test — need you to attend.
Our typing fee depends on the transaction and is quoted upfront. Government fees are separate, set by the authority and charged at cost with the receipt.
Yes — all government applications are completed in Arabic. You do not need to read or write Arabic to use the service.
We identify the reason and advise. Where the rejection was caused by a typing error on our side, we correct and resubmit at our cost.
Yes. Many business clients use us as their standing typing centre, with scheduled document collection from their office.
