Certified translation, and why it is different
A certified legal translation is not simply an accurate one. It must be produced by a translator sworn and licensed by the UAE Ministry of Justice, carry that translator's stamp and registration number, and follow the source document line for line, including seals, stamps, handwritten notes and anything struck through.
A translation from an uncertified provider — however good the language — will be returned by the authority. That is the single most common reason we see documents bounce back, and it is entirely avoidable.
Documents we translate
We translate personal documents including birth, marriage, divorce and death certificates, academic degrees and transcripts, police clearance certificates, medical reports and driving licences. On the corporate side we handle trade licences, memoranda and articles of association, audited financial statements, board resolutions, commercial contracts, employment agreements and tender documents.
For litigation we translate pleadings, judgments, expert reports, witness statements and evidence bundles, with the formatting courts expect.

Accuracy, consistency and confidentiality
Names are the usual trap. A name transliterated one way on a passport and another way on a certificate creates a mismatch that can stall an application for weeks. We take the spelling from your passport and apply it consistently across every document we produce for you, and we keep a record so future translations match.
Technical and legal terminology is held consistent across a file too — a defined term should not change meaning between page three and page thirty. Everything you send is treated as confidential and handled only by the team working on your file.
Pricing and turnaround
Legal translation is normally priced per page or per word depending on document type and density. We quote from the actual document, not an estimate, so the figure you receive is the figure you pay. Standard turnaround for short documents is one to two working days, and same-day service is available when a deadline requires it.

It is priced by page or word depending on the document. We quote from the actual file before starting, and the quote is fixed.
